About Me

My name is Kate Laskey and I am a former elementary educator. Over the past 10 years I have worked with students K-5 in various classroom settings. I am passionate about all things learning, technology and supporting educators.

I began my career teaching technology to K-5 students. It was then I realized the importance of integrating technology in a meaningful way. I went on to teach 4th grade, 2nd grade and 1st grade between the years of 2015-2022.

While I know there is controversy around integrating technology in the classroom, I believe as educators we have a great opportunity to show future generations how to use technology in a meaningful way. I strive to engage students through technology but also support educators through their journey with using tech tools!
